Senior Account Manager

About the role

Dragonpass is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead and grow one of its most strategic global partnerships. You will act as the primary liaison for a major client, shaping the partnership’s direction and delivering measurable commercial results across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted partner for a global client, managing the full account lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue revenue‑generation opportunities, develop business cases and drive implementation.
• Lead business reviews, strategic discussions and commercial planning with senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with product, operations, finance, marketing and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor forecasts, budgets and revenue performance, ensuring targets are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, partnerships or business development within financial services, payments, loyalty, travel, aviation or related sectors.
• Track record of managing large, complex client relationships with multiple decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver commercial growth through strategic partnership management.
• Comfortable leading executive‑level discussions, business reviews and negotiations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience handling forecasts, budgets and revenue metrics.
