Senior Analyst, Logistics & Fulfillment

About the role

Tapestry is hiring a Senior Analyst, Logistics & Fulfillment for its Singapore corporate office. The role supports transportation, fulfillment center operations and supply chain execution across Southeast Asia and Oceania, working with internal stakeholders, logistics providers, carriers and fulfillment centers to move goods efficiently, keep service performance strong, maintain inventory accuracy and optimize costs. It relies on data analysis, AI-enabled insights and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, productivity, quality and service KPIs, and drive logistics partners to fix service gaps and risks
• Analyze transportation, fulfillment, inventory, service and cost performance, turn data into insights and present recommendations to management
• Use AI and analytics tools to speed analysis and reporting, and partner with providers on dashboards and supply chain visibility
• Track forecast accuracy, support peak-season planning and recommend capacity mitigations
• Validate warehouse, transportation, customs and logistics charges, support accruals, cost reconciliation and billing disputes, and analyze cost drivers
• Support continuous improvement, automation, SOP development and logistics projects, tracking milestones and risks
• Prepare operational reviews and scorecards, coordinate issue resolution with partners and communicate risks and actions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations or supply chain management
• Experience managing warehouse operators and 3PLs preferred; fashion, retail, consumer goods or e-commerce experience preferred; luxury or premium retail experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot and approved business AI solutions
• Understanding of transportation, warehousing, inventory and supply chain metrics
• SAP-related general accounting and direct and indirect tax knowledge is a plus
