Senior Analyst, Project Finance

About the role

Bitdeer, a technology company for Bitcoin mining and AI cloud, is looking for a Senior Analyst, Project Finance based in Singapore. The role supports financing and fundraising for GPU computing and data-center infrastructure, working closely with the VP, Finance and cross-functional teams to build models, evaluate funding options, prepare transaction materials and support execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financing, cash-flow, debt-service and return models for GPU purchases and data-center projects.
• Analyze financing alternatives such as equipment loans, leases, asset-backed facilities, project financing, private credit and vendor financing.
• Prepare lender presentations, information packages, financial schedules, diligence responses, approval materials and executive summaries.
• Support the process from market research and lender outreach through term-sheet evaluation, diligence, documentation, closing, funding and post-close monitoring.
• Track capital expenditures, funding availability, utilization, interest, covenants, payment schedules and financing milestones.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Tax, Accounting, Operations and Procurement to validate assumptions and keep source data consistent.
• Develop scenario analyses linking GPU deployment, utilization, power and facility capacity, revenue, operating costs, capex and liquidity.
• Improve templates, reporting, controls and data processes for a scalable global financing function.
• Research comparable transactions and trends in data-center, digital-infrastructure, equipment-finance and AI-compute financing.
• Support communications and execution with banks, equipment lessors, private-credit providers, infrastructure investors and strategic partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate finance, project finance, equipment finance or leasing.
• Experience in data centers, GPUs, servers, technology hardware, energy, infrastructure, equipment leasing or another capital-intensive sector is an advantage.
• Experience supporting debt, lease, project-finance, private-credit or asset-backed transactions.

Required skills

• Familiarity with financial statements, credit agreements, covenant calculations and financing-related accounting.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with strong Excel and PowerPoint.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to work across functions, seniority levels and geographies.
