Senior Analytics & Customer Intelligence Executive

About the role

Join Marina Bay Sands as a Senior Executive focused on analytics and customer intelligence within the International Marketing team. You will drive data‑powered insights that shape sales strategy and enhance customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain performance dashboards and reports using SAS Enterprise, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Analyze sales trends, customer segmentation, and campaign effectiveness to support strategic planning.
• Act as the liaison between Sales and Compliance, ensuring reporting aligns with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare business reviews, internal huddles, and executive presentations, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, and other teams to guarantee data accuracy and cohesive strategy execution.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and increase visibility of sales metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and storytelling abilities.
• Curious mindset with a drive to explore data and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
