Senior Architect

About the role

The Senior Architect will lead the design and project management of large‑scale, high‑rise residential projects in Singapore. This role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on development of construction details and ensures compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and project management for large‑scale, high‑rise residential projects.
• Develop construction details and design development packages.
• Liaise, coordinate and lead consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee on‑site work progress and resolve arising issues.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes and regulations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Maintain design quality and authority compliance.
• Prepare tender documentation, schedules and material specifications.

Required profile

• Recognized degree in Architecture, preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
• BOA‑registered architect with a minimum of 8 years of experience (or registrable architect with 5 years of experience).
• Proven experience working on BIM‑enabled projects.

Required skills

• BIM (Building Information Modeling) proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and construction details.
• Ability to produce and interpret working drawings and construction practices.
• In‑depth understanding of local building codes and regulations.
• Familiarity with Public Projects Contracts (PSSCOC).
