Senior Architect, Project (Hospitality)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead hospitality projects across Singapore. The role involves overseeing the full architectural lifecycle, from concept through authority submission and construction delivery, ensuring design intent and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage architectural coordination for hospitality, commercial and high‑end residential projects.
• Prepare and submit authority documents and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Administer contracts to guarantee construction aligns with design specifications.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Produce high‑quality architectural drawings and documentation as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, commercial or luxury residential projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
