Senior Assistant Director, Chinese Executive Education Partnerships

About the role

The Nanyang Business School at Nanyang Technological University is looking for a Senior Assistant Director to drive growth of its executive education portfolio through joint programmes with partner universities, primarily in China and selected international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and develop joint executive education programme opportunities with partner universities, defining themes, target audiences and delivery formats.
• Lead commercial structuring, pricing strategy and financial viability assessments to ensure sustainable revenue and cost‑sharing models.
• Manage relationships with designated partner universities, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines and resolving operational issues.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across academic, marketing, finance and operations to deliver programmes and provide strategic pipeline analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, executive education, programme development or partnership management.
• Strong understanding of China’s business environment and senior leadership development.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and presentation software.
• Experience using digital collaboration platforms and email for complex stakeholder coordination.
