Senior Assistant Director, Strategic Partnerships

About the role

The Senior Assistant Director, Strategic Partnerships will work closely with the Reporting Officer to expand Nanyang Executive Education's programme portfolio and enrolments. This position bridges internal teams and external corporate partners to ensure offerings remain relevant, financially sustainable, and well‑subscribed, supporting NTU’s growth in the continuing education segment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑channel marketing and business development strategies with a hunter mindset.
• Research industry trends and integrate findings into programme development.
• Engage senior corporate leaders, including C‑suite executives, to understand training needs and develop tailored proposals.
• Manage the P&L for NEE programmes, draft client budgets, and ensure accurate invoicing and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and faculty to deliver programmes smoothly and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Identify and apply appropriate funding schemes for clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or partnership management, preferably in education or corporate training.
• Strong analytical skills to translate market research into actionable programme enhancements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with senior business leaders.
• Financial acumen to oversee budgets, P&L, and invoicing processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
