Senior Assistant Manager – Academic Learning

About the role

The Senior Assistant Manager, Academic Learning will lead business development and operational delivery for the Master of Science in Technopreneurship and Innovation (MSc TIP) and the FlexiMasters in Technopreneurship and Innovation (FM TIP) at NTU Entrepreneurship Academy. Working closely with the postgraduate team, Academic Director and Deputy Director, the role ensures successful programme delivery, student recruitment, alumni engagement and financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute business development initiatives for MSc TIP and FM TIP, including market research, data analysis and marketing strategy formulation.
• Plan, organise and manage programme outreach activities, both local and overseas, such as info sessions, roadshows and digital campaigns.
• Develop programme publicity materials, create social media content and consolidate alumni success stories.
• Track outreach effectiveness, adjust marketing approaches and enhance programme branding.
• Oversee student management, wellbeing, alumni engagement and provide administrative support.
• Coordinate with NTUpreneur teams and university offices for cross‑programme promotion and joint activities.
• Support venture internship initiatives and expand industry networks for placement opportunities.
• Supervise executive staff to ensure strong value proposition and administrative excellence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, marketing and student recruitment within higher education or related sectors.
• Strong analytical skills for market research and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in budgeting, financing and adherence to institutional policies and procedures.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple outreach programmes.
