Senior / Assistant Manager, HR Planning & Analytics

About the role

SingHealth Community Hospital is looking for a Senior / Assistant Manager, HR Planning & Analytics to support its human capital capabilities and employee value proposition. Reporting to the Assistant Director, the role covers HR planning, policy updates, employee recognition nominations, employee survey support and HR analytics on topics such as retention and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the HR planning process and update HR policies and procedures
• Manage nominations for employee recognition awards
• Provide administrative support for employee surveys
• Conduct HR analytics to generate insights for organisational decisions, especially on retention and engagement
• Update the organisation's Balanced Scorecard
• Coordinate the completion and submission of statutory surveys
• Contribute to planning and implementing employee engagement initiatives

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline; a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (or equivalent) and/or certifications in Statistics, Data Analytics or related fields are an advantage
• Preferably 4 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and related legislation
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Required skills

• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with HR Information Systems and productivity tools
