Senior Assistant Manager – Operations & Business Development

About the role

The Senior Assistant Manager / Assistant Manager will oversee the full spectrum of operational, financial and administrative functions for the NTU Centre in Computational Technologies for Finance (CCTF) training programmes. Reporting to the Centre Manager, the role ensures seamless delivery, stakeholder engagement and regulatory compliance while contributing to the strategic growth of the training portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, development and end‑to‑end management of professional training programmes aligned with industry needs.
• Conduct market analysis and stakeholder engagement to identify emerging learning gaps.
• Develop and execute outreach plans to expand the Centre’s corporate, government and professional client base.
• Maintain high‑trust relationships with C‑suite clients, faculty and external partners.
• Oversee programme logistics, scheduling, resource planning and on‑site execution.
• Supervise junior officers and interns, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Prepare and monitor detailed programme budgets, track revenue targets and perform variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with NTU policies, funding requirements and PDPA/privacy regulations.
