Senior Assistant Manager, Postgraduate & Continuing Education Programmes

About the role

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is seeking a proactive Senior Assistant Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery and financial sustainability of its Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes for healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational planning and execution of CET programmes, from set‑up and scheduling to delivery and feedback collection.
• Manage the full learner lifecycle, including admissions processing, enrolment, matriculation, communications and post‑programme support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for CET learners, handling enquiries and providing high‑quality support.
• Collaborate with faculty, adjuncts and internal departments (Finance, Legal, etc.) to ensure smooth programme delivery.
• Provide administrative assistance to Course Directors and handle programme‑related tasks.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue/platform booking and preparation/distribution of course materials.
• Continuously review and improve administrative processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• Proactive, meticulous and able to manage multiple complex projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and financial acumen for overseeing finance‑related operations.
• Experience working closely with academic staff and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to ensure programme delivery meets quality and sustainability standards.
