Senior Associate, Audit & Assurance

About the role

Acclime is seeking a Senior Associate to lead audit engagements from planning through completion. You will work with listed companies and SMEs across Singapore and overseas, ensuring high‑quality audit delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage audit engagements end‑to‑end, including planning, execution, and review of working papers.
• Supervise junior staff and conduct quality reviews of audit documentation.
• Perform full‑range audits for listed companies and SMEs in various industries.
• Develop proficiency in Acclime’s audit methodology and Caseware Auditing Software.
• Understand client internal control systems and execute independent testing.
• Carry out analytical review and substantive audit procedures for local and overseas clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related discipline (or equivalent professional qualification).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office.
• Good understanding of Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSA) and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
• Strong initiative, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent analytical, time‑management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
