Senior Associate – Client Events & Digital Experience

About the role

This senior associate position sits within PwC's Client Events and Digital Experience specialist team, part of the broader Marketing & Communications function. You will be responsible for delivering high‑impact events that connect government, industry leaders and clients, while supporting the firm’s brand and engagement objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute physical, hybrid and virtual events including conferences, webinars, seminars and trade shows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure event goals align with business objectives.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts and oversee venue selection, catering and AV support under the supervision of the Events lead.
• Develop and run event‑led marketing and client‑engagement campaigns to drive registrations, post‑event visibility and relationship building.
• Create integrated communications materials such as social media posts, videos and photos for multi‑channel distribution.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure clear communication, timely delivery and high‑quality event experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning and executing large‑scale events at a senior associate level.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors.
• Ability to collaborate across marketing, communications and business development teams.
