Senior Associate, Project Management (High-Rise & Complex Buildings)

About the role

Ramboll's High-rise & Complex Buildings team, based in Singapore, delivers over 300 tall building projects worldwide, combining structural, MEP, façade, digital and sustainability expertise. As a Senior Associate, Project Management, you will lead and oversee multiple projects so that they are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project management strategies and lead the planning, execution and delivery of projects in line with Ramboll's goals and values.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and closure, keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and team members to meet expectations and manage risks proactively.
• Develop and manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and maintain thorough documentation of project activities and decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in civil and structural engineering or a related field; a master's degree or PMP certification is preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant project management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects in engineering, architecture or consultancy.
• Strong leadership, team management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
