Senior ATSM Network Supply Manager II

About the role

Micron is hiring a Senior ATSM Network Supply Manager II in Malaysia. The role acts as the supplier's key point of contact for supply assurance and execution, covering PO management, capacity planning, supplier negotiations and shortage resolution within a global manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as supplier key point of contact for supply assurance and execution.
• Define materials buy rules and ensure compliance, publish forecasts, manage POs, order confirmations, rescheduling and raw material liability.
• Build a materials-specific supply execution strategy, including capacity planning and readiness for materials and critical raw materials (Tier 1).
• Review capacity regularly and resolve bottlenecks, negotiate capacity and lead time with suppliers.
• Ensure demand service levels and safety stock are met, own global WOS and supply allocation, and host the Global WOS review with leadership.
• Resolve supply shortages, escalate them effectively, and incorporate supplier product/process EOL management into the supply assurance strategy.
• Present forecast, capacity and OTD/LTD in supplier QBR/ASE meetings, lead supplier lead-time surveys and recommend improvements.
• Update system lead times monthly, act as SME for systems and tools, and demonstrate AI dexterity to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, supply chain management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering, purchasing/procurement or supply chain.
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset and strong communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
