Senior BIM Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for a skilled BIM Engineer to join our construction team in Singapore. You will create, manage and coordinate Building Information Models across multiple disciplines, ensuring high‑quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for construction projects.
• Coordinate BIM integration across architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Review models for compliance with project specifications, standards and BIM protocols.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within the models.
• Provide technical support and training on BIM software to project teams.
• Prepare documentation, drawings and reports related to BIM models.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit.
• Proficiency with Navisworks.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
