Senior Brand Designer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Designer to lead the development and maintenance of our visual identity. You will create compelling brand assets for both digital and print channels while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand identity systems and visual guidelines.
• Design marketing and corporate materials, including digital assets, presentations, advertising collateral, website graphics, and print pieces.
• Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and maintain brand coherence.
• Mentor junior designers through design reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high‑quality creative materials on schedule.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual communication.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Portfolio showcasing branding, visual identity, and creative design projects.
