Senior Brand Marketing Manager – Southeast Asia & India (Nike Sportswear)

About the role

We are seeking a senior brand marketer to lead Nike Sportswear’s brand strategy across Southeast Asia and India, with a focus on football and streetwear culture. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with regional brand, creative, media, digital, retail and sports marketing teams to translate cultural insights into impactful brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute Nike Sportswear brand strategy for SEA & India, including football initiatives.
• Partner with Nike Marketing leadership and APAC‑Latin America teams to plan seasonal and daily brand activations.
• Develop deep consumer, community and cultural insights to drive relevance and product desire.
• Support strategic brand briefs and coordinate collaboration across Brand, Creative, Media, Digital, Retail and Sports Marketing.
• Activate community connections through product stories, toolkits and operational support.
• Track campaign performance, lead recaps and translate learnings into future plans.
• Manage timelines, workflows and navigate ambiguity with confidence.

Required profile

• Open to work in Singapore.
• 4+ years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing or related fields (fashion, music, sports, digital platforms, editorial or creative agencies).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Deep knowledge of Southeast Asia & India sneaker, streetwear, youth and football culture.
• Strong strategic thinking, project management and cross‑functional influencing abilities.
