Senior Claims Digital Enablement Specialist

About the role

Prudential Singapore is looking for a Senior Claims Digital Enablement Specialist to support its claims digital enablement initiatives. You will turn claims business needs into clear, testable requirements and ensure smooth end-to-end delivery, partnering with Claims, operations, product, technology and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, regulatory changes and claims transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Gather requirements, write functional specifications, user stories, business rules and process flows, and lead walkthroughs and sign-offs with stakeholders
• Evaluate solution options and act as a claims domain subject matter expert
• Assess change impacts, support UAT planning, test reviews, defect triage and release execution including hypercare
• Help draft SOPs, user guides and training materials, and embed new capabilities into day-to-day operations
• Track decisions, surface risks and issues, and help prioritise work requests and backlog items
• Ensure deliverables meet governance, operational controls and regulatory constraints, and drive improvements in claims processes and documentation

Required profile

• 4-6 years of experience in business analysis, digital enablement, process improvement or transformation roles
• Experience in insurance or financial services, preferably in Claims operations
• Diploma or degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Hands-on experience delivering system enhancements, digital projects or process transformation initiatives

Required skills

• Familiarity with requirements gathering, testing, change implementation and stakeholder management
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams
• Analytical, proactive and detail-oriented, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
