Senior Clinical Project Manager

About the role

Nestlé is the world’s largest Food and Beverage company. The Senior Clinical Project Manager will lead the operational phase of clinical trials at Nestlé R&D Singapore, ensuring timely delivery of quality data in compliance with GCP and internal SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to study protocol outline and budget development, and assess site suitability.
• Lead and coordinate all activities to operationalise the study protocol, delivering the statistical report on schedule.
• Conduct operational activities according to internal SOPs and ICH GCP guidelines to ensure data quality.
• Track and manage study contracts and budgets, providing accurate financial inputs and reporting to the business project manager.
• Prepare, review, and quality‑control essential study documents and maintain the Trial Master File.
• Ensure trial subject protection and contribute to continuous improvement of processes.

Required profile

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certified with 4‑5 years of clinical project management experience in Food, Pharma or CRO.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional operational teams and manage internal and external trial stakeholders.
• Experience preparing and reviewing trial documents, maintaining TMF and managing EC approvals.
• Strong background in budget and contract management, vendor and site selection, and investigational product logistics.
• Experience managing multi‑site international studies, risk assessment, mitigation planning, and coaching CRAs.
