Senior Community Specialist – Fashion Brand

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Community Specialist to shape and grow PEDRO’s community across digital and physical touchpoints. You will lead social engagement, creator collaborations, and community‑led initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, advocacy, and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community strategies to expand PEDRO’s presence on social platforms and relevant customer communities.
• Engage with customers across digital channels, building trust and brand affinity.
• Monitor social conversations, feedback, trends and sentiment, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Identify, engage and maintain relationships with creators, KOLs, KOCs and brand advocates.
• Lead seasonal social media planning, seeding, creator gifting, event invitations and community activations.
• Maintain the brand’s creator and community database.
• Drive community‑generated content such as UGC, creator content and customer stories.
• Collaborate with Brand Communications, Social Media, Marketing, Creative and CRM teams to align community initiatives with broader campaigns.
• Plan and execute community events, workshops, previews and brand experiences.
• Track and report on community growth, engagement, sentiment, creator performance and campaign learnings.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Fashion, Creative or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, brand communications or digital marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, beauty or retail.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu.
• Proven experience working with creators, KOLs, KOCs or brand advocates to deliver measurable results.
• Passion for fashion, culture, lifestyle trends and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
