Senior Consultant - CMT (Enterprise Architect)

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced, hands-on Technology Lead / Enterprise Architect with 10-15 years of experience in the Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) domain. The role leads technology discussions and architecture governance for transformation programs, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and driving technology strategy across complex initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technology and architecture discussions for strategic transformation programs in Telecom, Media and Technology organizations
• Define enterprise, application and integration architecture and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Conduct architecture and design reviews, create and review sequence diagrams, and guide solution customization and system integration
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define transformation strategies and future-state architectures
• Build relationships with client architects, CTOs, engineering teams and business stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor on technology strategy
• Support proposal development, solution shaping and technology consulting engagements, and work with global delivery teams
• Translate client business objectives into technology solutions and recommend approaches that improve customer experience, operational efficiency and business outcomes
• Engage with customer architects and senior technology stakeholders on application and platform engineering, availability and reliability (SRE), security and governance, and DevSecOps and release management

Required profile

• 10-15 years of experience
• Deep expertise in telecom and digital technology landscapes, enterprise architecture, integration platforms, cloud-native solutions, security and OSS/BSS ecosystems
• Proven track record of leading technology discussions and architecture governance for transformation programs
