Senior Consultant – FX e‑Trading & Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in foreign exchange (FX) markets and electronic trading (e‑Trading) to support client onboarding, system integration and post‑implementation activities. The role bridges front‑to‑back trading processes and ensures seamless operation in a high‑availability environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end support for e‑Trading user onboarding and administration.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to set up trading, allocation, clearing and settlement workflows.
• Assist clients during post‑implementation phases, troubleshooting time‑critical issues.
• Maintain and enhance FX middle‑office and back‑office processes where applicable.
• Promote information‑security best practices throughout all activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Administration or Engineering.
• Proven experience in high‑availability e‑Trading client services or operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to learn new business concepts quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure while fostering positive team relationships.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of FX market structures and trading concepts.
• Experience with e‑Trading platform onboarding and user administration.
• Understanding of the full trading lifecycle: execution, allocation, clearing and settlement.
• Familiarity with FX middle‑office and back‑office operations.
• Awareness of information‑security principles.
