Senior Consultant / Project Manager (Transactions & Investor Support)

About the role

Roland Berger, a global strategy consultancy founded in 1967 and headquartered in Munich, is hiring a Senior Consultant / Project Manager in Transactions & Investor Support in Singapore. You will lead delivery of work in discrete modules of larger projects or team lead smaller projects in fast-paced, demanding environments, working closely with client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of work in discrete modules of larger projects, or team leadership on smaller projects
• Work day to day with client stakeholders at all levels and coach and develop consultants in your project teams
• Lead stakeholder engagement such as interviews and group dialogues
• Structure problems, analyse and synthesise insights
• Undertake market, customer and competitive analysis, and company financial and operational analysis
• Prepare and deliver robust financial models as required
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, and contribute to client relationship management and business development

Required profile

• 6-8 years of experience in strategy consulting, or 6-10 years of relevant industry experience, ideally in Investor Support (Commercial Due Diligence)
• Proven transaction delivery experience on buy-side and sell-side services, including commercial and operational due diligence
• Experience with Financial Sponsor clients (e.g. Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure Funds)
• Experience managing others and delegating to junior team members
• Outstanding academic credentials and fluent written and spoken English
• Appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and willingness to travel
