Senior Consultant - Workforce Transformation (HCM, Org Change)

About the role

Infosys Singapore & Australia is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant in its Talent & Organization practice in APAC, based in Singapore. The practice supports large global firms and leading local brands on Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation, organisational change and agile ways of working. The consultant will help enable world-class workforce operations and experiences, delivering quality client service and insightful solutions while balancing multiple priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and deliver solutions related to employee experience strategies
• Lead the team in developing employee experience journeys, personas and roadmaps to improve workforce experiences
• Craft and deliver HR transformation solutions based on client needs
• Craft and deliver HR shared service solutions
• Develop tailored organisation change management solutions based on the technology context and client needs, and ensure adoption of new solutions
• Lead programme and project management for the deployment of new workforce solutions and initiatives
• Contribute to practice development activities, including service offerings and go-to-market initiatives

Required profile

• Experience as a consultant in Talent and Organisation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to integrate into new teams and build relationships quickly
