Senior Consultant - Workforce Transformation

About the role

Infosys' Workforce Transformation practice in APAC supports large global firms and major local brands on challenges such as organisation change management, human capital management transformation, the future of the workforce and agile ways of working. The firm is looking for a senior consultant (Principal level) with experience in people, change and organisation, to lead a team focused on world-class workforce operations and experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and deliver solutions covering employee experience strategies across all pillars of the Workforce Transformation practice.
• Oversee and lead the team to deliver high-quality output across multiple projects.
• Lead programme and project management for deploying workforce transformation projects.
• Drive practice development activities, including service offerings and go-to-market initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience (preferably 10 years of consulting experience), for example with a Big 4, global management consultancy, niche consultancy or an in-house role on large-scale projects.
• Experience delivering consultancy on employee experience and employee journeys, and implementing people solutions in technology-related, M&A and other complex projects.
• Experience growing a practice and business, and leading groups of people from analysts to senior roles.
• Nice to have: fluent in another language besides English (Mandarin preferred).
