Senior Content Marketing Executive

About the role

The Palawan @ Sentosa is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Executive to drive content strategy and execution across its vibrant lifestyle and entertainment precinct. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create compelling stories that attract families, friends, and guests to our beach‑side attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in day‑to‑day marketing activities and campaign execution.
• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Plan and manage content calendars for timely rollout across digital and traditional channels.
• Lead the creation, optimisation, and publishing of photo and video assets.
• Write insight‑driven copy for social media, paid campaigns, website pages and EDMs.
• Generate new content formats and ideas to boost engagement and reach.
• Oversee social media management, ensuring consistent tone and responsiveness.
• Monitor content performance, analyse KPIs and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Identify audience trends and opportunities to enhance content effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on integrated, co‑branded initiatives.
• Guide influencer and KOL collaborations to align with brand goals.
• Capture on‑ground content during events and activations.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in lifestyle, hospitality, or entertainment.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple projects.
