Senior Corporate Account Manager – APAC

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Account Manager to lead strategic relationship management and drive business growth for major hotel accounts across the APAC region. The role focuses on expanding our portfolio, retaining key clients, and overseeing new hotel openings and corporate initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Finance and Legal managers with operational tasks and project coordination.
• Lead end‑to‑end relationship management for corporate portfolio accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with senior client stakeholders to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue growth through cross‑selling, upselling, and new initiatives.
• Manage rollout of new corporate programs, ensuring compliance above 95% across all accounts.
• Lead New Hotel Opening (NHOP) projects from planning through onboarding.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks affecting client satisfaction or service delivery.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Partner with Business Development to create full‑service offerings and support new product launches.
• Mentor junior team members across APAC and provide clear reporting on initiatives, performance, and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of regional sales management experience in the hospitality sector, including hotel operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Finance, International Business, or a related field.
• Proven success growing sales of consumables to luxury hotels in China.
• Track record acquiring and expanding regional group account contracts for OSE, textiles, amenities, or similar products.
• Established network at VP level and above within the global hospitality industry.
• Experience managing large strategic accounts and leading teams.
• Strong operational understanding of hotel environments.
