Senior Creative Designer / Design Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Creative Designer/Design Strategist to lead the development of high‑impact visual solutions across digital channels. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on design, requiring you to translate client objectives into compelling concepts, storyboards, and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative ideation and turn business/client goals into strong visual concepts and design strategies.
• Develop mood boards, campaign concepts, and presentation‑ready design proposals.
• Create high‑quality designs that elevate brand storytelling and client‑facing deliverables.
• Conceptualise video storyboards and visual narratives for digital and social content.
• Support UI/UX projects, including user journeys, wireframes, and website/app layouts.
• Present creative ideas and rationale directly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide design recommendations based on brand positioning, audience insights, and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in creative design, art direction, or design strategy.
• Background in a creative agency, digital agency, or brand consultancy.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creative concepts, and premium design execution.
• Experience developing video storyboards, campaign visuals, and client presentations.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and digital product design.
• Confident communicator able to join client calls, explain decisions, and manage feedback independently.
