Senior Cybersecurity Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Executive to lead our Cybersecurity Operations, handling day‑to‑day security monitoring, incident response, phishing simulations, vulnerability management and support for enterprise security platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily alert triage, monitor SOC emails and security notifications, and investigate logs from security platforms.
• Support incident response activities, including investigation, containment and follow‑up actions.
• Plan and execute monthly phishing simulation campaigns and coordinate follow‑up training.
• Monitor and reconcile vulnerabilities across systems and guide IT teams on remediation.
• Maintain and fine‑tune security tools such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft Entra ID, Secure Web Gateway, DLP and email security solutions.
• Assist with annual access reviews, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing and audit artifact preparation.
• Coordinate cybersecurity projects, track deployment issues and maintain documentation of decisions and resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in cybersecurity operations or IT security roles.
• Familiarity with security standards such as ISO 27001, PDPA or PCI DSS.
• Ability to work independently, follow defined processes and communicate findings to non‑technical audiences.
