Senior Designer – Healthcare Branding

About the role

The Senior Designer joins our Design family to create innovative, consumer‑focused solutions for healthcare brands. Reporting to a Band 5 leader, you will work with limited supervision, applying established precedents and industry guidelines to deliver high‑quality design assets.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Design in matrix organisations, influencing leadership to ensure on‑brand, elevated outcomes.
• Lead multiple initiatives from strategy through execution, translating consumer needs and business context.
• Develop design concepts for innovation launches, key campaigns and evergreen portfolios across packaging, digital and brand identity.
• Produce static, modular and motion‑based digital assets that meet performance and platform requirements.
• Own design priorities, manage work processes, budgets and stewardship.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to manage end‑to‑end design delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in Design or a related field.
• 8‑15 years of senior‑level design experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and visual excellence.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to lead independently.
• Experience managing teams and external agency partners.
• Excellent project‑management, communication and storytelling abilities.
