Senior Development Partner – Customer Innovation

About the role

The Customer Innovation Division of Enterprise Singapore is looking for a Senior Development Partner to drive digital product development and enhance the enterprise experience across government services. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business users’ pain points, conduct research and propose digital solutions that improve user experience.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers and developers to turn requirements into functional product features.
• Contribute to policy and process development supporting the product lifecycle from design to maintenance.
• Define, track and report on core product metrics and performance indicators.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, align diverse interests and ensure shared objectives are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital product development or implementation.
• Strong ability to conduct user‑centric research, generate insights and analyse user behaviour.
• Good understanding of digital product development processes, policy communication and platform operationalisation.
• Proficiency in design thinking, UX design, product management, agile methodologies and data analysis.
• Familiarity with collaboration and product‑ops tools such as Confluence, Jira and Figma.
