Senior DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level DevOps / Cloud Engineer to own and evolve Hupo’s AWS and Azure environments. You will be the technical voice for infrastructure decisions, design multi‑tenant deployment architectures and work directly with enterprise clients in the banking, financial services and insurance sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve AWS services such as ECS Fargate, VPC, IAM, RDS, PrivateLink, API Gateway and related Azure resources.
• Design and implement multi‑account AWS Organizations, Service Control Policies and landing‑zone patterns.
• Build and maintain multi‑tenant CI/CD pipelines using Terraform Automation and Collaboration (TACOS) with isolated workspaces and state.
• Lead networking design including Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, NLB and Private API Gateways for secure client integrations.
• Drive security and compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001) for BFSI customers, including IAM Identity Center and cross‑account role strategies.
• Manage GitHub Actions workflows across environments and produce ADRs, runbooks and documentation.
• Mentor mid‑level and junior engineers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud or Platform Engineering.
• Deep expertise with AWS (multi‑account, VPC, IAM, ECS, Terraform) and solid Azure knowledge.
• Proven track record designing secure, scalable multi‑tenant architectures for enterprise customers.
