Senior DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead the design, hardening, and operation of enterprise‑grade Kubernetes platforms on GCC+. You will own portable infrastructure architecture and drive the delivery of a high‑availability open‑source IRM platform for the Singpass pilot.

Key responsibilities

• Design, secure, and operate Amazon EKS clusters on GCC+ with multi‑zone resilience.
• Architect portable workloads and configuration management to avoid vendor lock‑in across Kubernetes environments.
• Deploy and maintain the core IRM platform using Helm charts, ensuring 24/7 availability and self‑healing.
• Lead the development of internal backend services, SRE automation, and DevOps pipelines exclusively in Golang.
• Mentor a squad of five engineers, enforce rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD standards.
• Drive agile ceremonies, collaborate with product and engineering managers, and shape technical road‑maps.
• Author and review RFCs and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) as documentation‑as‑code.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading SRE or DevSecOps teams in a cloud‑native environment.
• Strong background in Kubernetes, especially Amazon EKS, and Helm‑based deployments.
• Deep expertise in Golang for backend services and infrastructure tooling.
• Hands‑on experience with zero‑trust security models and high‑availability architectures.
• Ability to mentor engineers and champion engineering excellence.
