Senior Director, APAC Consumer Insights & Strategy

About the role

The Senior Director, APAC Consumer Insights & Strategy leads the integration of consumer insights and strategic planning for Tapestry’s brands across Greater China, North Asia, and Southeast Asia & Oceania. Reporting to the SVP of APAC Brand & Growth Strategy, this senior leader partners with brand presidents, regional presidents and global stakeholders to shape growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end convergence of consumer insights and strategic planning for the APAC region.
• Build and maintain the APAC strategic roadmap, translating global priorities into regionally relevant plans.
• Ensure consumer intelligence informs long‑range planning, annual operating plans and quarterly business reviews.
• Operationalize the 5P action plan (promotion, product, price, place, people) and drive KPI development for each pillar.
• Deliver clear, data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in consumer insights, market research or strategy within the APAC region.
• Proven ability to engage with senior executives, brand presidents and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of moving between high‑level strategic framing and detailed market analysis.
• Track record of translating consumer data into actionable business decisions.
