Senior Director, Implementation & Solution Design - APAC

About the role

Cielo, the world's leading Talent Acquisition Partner, is looking for a Senior Director, Implementation & Solution Design for the APAC region. The role leads the end-to-end translation of growth opportunities into outcomes-based talent acquisition solutions and their implementation across the region, acting as a senior partner to Business Development, Client Services and functional leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery with prospective and existing clients and design integrated recruitment solutions combining people, process, technology, experience, governance and commercial structure.
• Act as lead solution architect for strategic accounts and complex opportunities, building value propositions for executives.
• Partner with Business Development, Client Delivery, Implementation and Finance on scope, pricing, profitability and ROI analysis, and create proposals, workshops and executive presentations.
• Own executive oversight of large-scale APAC implementations from handover to stabilisation, including scope sign-off, project discipline, risk registers and stakeholder communication.
• Lead process design, change management and transformation roadmaps, including workshops, training, communications and process documentation.
• Lead, coach and develop APAC solution design and implementation resources, represent the region in global governance and support existing client operations.
