Senior Director, Technology BU Interface – International (Orthopaedics)

About the role

The Sr. Director, Technology BU Interface – International will serve as the senior technology executive and strategic partner to the President of International and regional leadership teams across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, Canada and emerging markets. The role drives end‑to‑end technology strategy, demand prioritisation and execution across commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, R&D and enabling functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the international technology strategy, prioritisation and execution across the full value chain, ensuring secure, resilient and standardised regional technology delivery.
• Act as trusted technology advisor to the President, International and regional leadership, translating business strategy into digital roadmaps, investment priorities and governance decisions.
• Manage regional technology demand, intake, portfolio health and executive governance, partnering with enterprise teams to make delivery commitments, risks and dependencies visible.
• Enable digital sales, marketing, pricing and customer engagement capabilities, and improve inventory visibility, forecasting and logistics performance.
• Balance local market needs with enterprise standards, drive adoption of enterprise platforms and ensure compliance with cybersecurity, privacy and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in technology product and platform management within a global, multi‑regional organisation.
• Strong strategic partnership skills with senior business leaders and ability to influence enterprise technology investment decisions.
• Experience overseeing end‑to‑end technology operations, data governance and digital transformation initiatives.
