About the role
Join Far East Hospitality’s digital and e‑commerce team to own the content, enhancement and optimisation of nine hotel and serviced‑residence web assets. You will drive user‑experience improvements across all online platforms, ensuring they meet business goals and guest expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage monthly enhancements for websites and e‑commerce platforms, including rigorous user testing and documentation.
- Maintain governance through regular audits, content guidelines and stakeholder ticketing.
- Facilitate content updates and coordinate with internal teams, IT, web agencies and translation partners.
- Analyse data and research to propose new features, design changes or content improvements.
- Support any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
- 1‑2 years experience in website management or digital marketing.
- Detail‑oriented, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of website content management systems.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
