FedEx is seeking a Senior Engineering Specialist to join its Regional IT Infrastructure team. The role focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions across our global logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage configuration, system, security, and network administration activities.
• Implement development and production systems, ensuring smooth rollout and operation.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and environment issues across technology domains.
• Support change management, outage management, and project management initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain high availability of critical services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in telecommunications, networking, or systems engineering.
