Senior Enrolled Nurse – All Settings

About the role

JurongHealth Campus is seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to join a variety of clinical disciplines. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care in a collaborative hospital environment, supporting the overall mission of providing incredible care and health together.

Key responsibilities

• Support Registered Nurses (RNs) in coordinating patient care.
• Assist physicians and RNs with bedside procedures and treatments.
• Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Provide patient and caregiver education on self‑care management.
• Assist in patient resuscitation and medical emergencies.
• Support supervision of new Enrolled Nurses and nursing students.
• Identify patient safety incidents and contribute to quality‑improvement activities.
• Participate in clinical audits as required.

Required profile

• Enrolled Nurse qualification (SNB NITEC in Nursing or State Enrolled Nurse Certificate).
• At least 1 year of relevant Enrolled Nurse experience.

Required skills

• Ability to assist with bedside procedures and treatments.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
