Senior ERP System Implementation Consultant (IT)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ERP System Implementation Consultant to lead the design, configuration and deployment of Yonyou ERP and cloud solutions for our clients in Singapore and across Southeast Asia. The role combines project management, technical delivery and pre‑sales support to ensure successful ERP implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to design, test and customise Yonyou ERP and cloud solutions.
• Plan and manage project resources, schedules, system configuration and integration testing.
• Supervise testing activities and ensure high‑quality deliverables before user acceptance testing.
• Investigate and resolve reported issues, perform amendments and retesting to maintain system performance.
• Prepare and maintain design documents, technical specifications, process documentation and deployment guides.
• Deliver training on Yonyou ERP products, industry practices and project management methodologies.
• Provide technical pre‑sales support, including solution proposals and product demonstrations.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience in business applications, cloud solutions and ERP implementations.
• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing projects to deliver on time and with high quality.
• Knowledge of account or supply‑chain management processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to be based in Singapore and travel to project sites in Southeast Asia.

Required skills

• Yonyou ERP and cloud solution expertise.
• SQL query writing.
• Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server and Oracle.
