Senior Executive, Academic (Graduate Programmes)

About the role

The Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information is seeking a Senior Executive to support its graduate programmes. The role oversees admissions, programme logistics, student services, exam coordination and event management, ensuring smooth operations for both local and overseas‑immersive courses.

Key responsibilities

• Handle admissions queries, process applications, schedule interviews and maintain applicant records.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for graduate courses, including timetable entry, venue booking and syllabus management on TeamSite.
• Manage visiting‑student applications, coordinate with the Office of Global Education and Mobility, and issue enrolment letters and certificates.
• Support student conference requests, track funding limits and process related documentation.
• Coordinate exam processes, assist with marks entry, assign checkers and prepare Board of Examiners materials.
• Organise events and programmes, arrange catering, liaise with external partners and handle event‑kit logistics.
• Assist graduate programmes with purchase orders, invoicing and general administrative tasks.
