About the role

The Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information at NTU is looking for a highly organised Senior Executive to join the undergraduate programme team. The role supports the administration of overseas immersion programmes, coordinates part‑time instructors, manages internship and experiential learning activities, and assists in developing industry partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Collate and manage budgets for overseas courses in consultation with instructors.
• Support procurement and finance processes, including vendor payments.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for overseas components, including course registration and travel arrangements for faculty and students.
• Conduct pre‑departure briefings and ensure compliance with crisis‑management protocols.
• Track programme budgets, gather feedback, and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and teaching assignments for part‑time instructors.
• Oversee student internship programmes, approve applications, assign supervisors, and resolve issues.
• Support the development and maintenance of strategic industry partnerships.

Required profile

• Highly organised and detail‑oriented with strong administrative abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts.
• Proven ability to coordinate travel logistics and pre‑departure preparations.
• Experience liaising with faculty, students, and external partners.
• Ability to handle multiple programmes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
