Senior / Executive, Accreditation & Licensing

About the role

SingHealth is looking for a Senior / Executive, Accreditation & Licensing to maintain systems and processes that ensure conformance to JCI (non-clinical aspects) and ISO standards. The role also supports the Hospital's data protection efforts under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct internal quality audits, follow up and close findings.
• Support departments on content management in various IT systems to meet JCI and ISO requirements.
• Maintain a system tracking all licenses, keep the Hospital's legal register updated and communicate changes.
• Work with stakeholders to facilitate renewal of the MOH Hospital License.
• Support data protection policies, procedures and guidelines, and coordinate internal reviews, audits and staff engagement.
• Handle data protection queries, incidents and data requests, and provide secretarial support for committees.

Required profile

• Degree in any discipline, preferably with at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Highly organised, independent and meticulous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and pleasant disposition, able to interact with people at all levels.

Required skills

• Experience and knowledge of quality standards, audit, legal compliance and/or data protection is advantageous.
