Senior Executive - Advisory Talent

About the role

The Senior Executive – Advisory Talent will drive revenue for our Executive Certification Program and first‑year membership. Working closely with the CEO and Talent Team, you will generate leads, nurture prospects and convert them into paying members.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and achieve conversion on invoice payment.
• Proactively generate and manage leads through outbound activity and LinkedIn presence.
• Support brand awareness and business‑development initiatives.
• Assist administration with aged‑debt follow‑up for the program.
• Ensure accurate data entry in sales systems and maintain professional communication.
• Perform additional duties aligned with the role’s skill set.

What we offer

• Base salary USD 2,200 – 2,300 per month plus $100 commission per sale.
