Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Programme Operations

About the role

This key operational position supports the delivery and governance of FlexiMasters programmes at Nanyang Executive Education, overseeing end‑to‑end programme operations and ensuring high standards of service quality, financial stewardship, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage programme delivery of FlexiMasters programmes from planning through completion.
• Coordinate delivery activities across faculty, internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Provide operational support to ensure consistency, issue resolution, and service quality.
• Manage programme budgets, invoicing and revenue reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with SkillsFuture Singapore funding requirements and university policies.
• Monitor performance and drive operational improvements for efficiency and participant experience.
• Support corporate‑sponsored FlexiMasters cohorts, meeting delivery requirements and service standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
• Relevant experience in programme, project or operations management within lifelong learning or professional services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programmes with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Attention to detail, sound judgement and accountability for outcomes.
• Familiarity with SkillsFuture funding frameworks is advantageous.
