Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Web & SEO)

About the role

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Web & SEO) will oversee the daily operation of the organisation’s corporate website, ensuring content accuracy, technical performance and alignment with communication strategies. The role supports the web team, coordinates with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and provides analytical insights to enhance the online presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the CMS (Sitefinity), including uptime, performance, security and compliance.
• Define and enforce CMS governance, publishing workflows and website standards.
• Create, adapt and publish website content in line with organisational strategy.
• Administer CMS templates, components, workflows and user permissions.
• Provide technical support and basic CMS training to schools and departments.
• Coordinate with web vendors for campaign pages and service requests, evaluating feasibility, budget and timelines.
• Perform website administration tasks such as user account management and troubleshooting.
• Analyse web traffic (Google Analytics, GTM) and paid‑campaign impact, delivering actionable insights to management.
• Support procurement processes related to web services and tools.

Required profile

• Tertiary education in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience managing enterprise‑level CMS platforms (e.g., Sitefinity, Sitecore, Drupal).
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Basic knowledge of website coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with data analytics and web performance metrics.
