Senior Executive (Clinical Research Officer, Recruitment)

About the role

LKCMedicine, the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, is recruiting a Senior Executive (Clinical Research Officer, Recruitment) to join the Health for Life in Singapore (HELIOS) Study team. HELIOS is a flagship Singapore population health study jointly conducted by LKCMedicine, National Healthcare Group and Imperial College of London, profiling the health and behaviour of up to 100,000 people through surveys, physical measurements and biomarker testing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clear, professional communication with study participants.
• Screen volunteers for eligibility to take part in the study.
• Schedule and send reminders to participants for research sessions.
• Maintain the study's recruitment database and manage the appointment booking system and participant registration.
• Provide weekly recruitment reports to the study investigators.
• Protect the confidentiality of personal information about participants.
• Implement strategies to improve participant recruitment.
• Prepare and distribute outreach materials.
• Lead the social media strategy and update the study progress across social media and other media channels.

Required profile

• Diploma or basic degree in business management and marketing, communication or social sciences.
• Ability to work independently with high motivation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
• Fluent spoken and written English; fluency in Tamil, Malay, Chinese or dialects is an advantage.
