Senior Executive – Clinical Research Operations

About the role

LKCMedicine is seeking a Senior Executive to join the HELIOS population health study team. The role focuses on coordinating participant interactions, overseeing data collection, and ensuring smooth study operations for a large‑scale Singapore health survey.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clear, professional communication with study participants and guide them through all assessments.
• Administer questionnaires and collect biological samples and physiological measurements accurately.
• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment failures to minimise disruption to study workflows.
• Track consumables and flag supply needs for timely replenishment.
• Ensure strict adherence to study protocols, including the Code Blue Response SOP.
• Uphold Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards and HBRA requirements throughout the study.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, proactive problem‑solver with a strong team orientation.
• Eager to develop skills across all aspects of clinical research processes.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality and compliance.

Required skills

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) knowledge.
• Familiarity with HBRA compliance and Code Blue Response SOP.
